What counts as a download?
A download is counted when you export a finished video in a specific aspect ratio (e.g., 9:16 for Reels, 16:9 for YouTube). Each export — even of the same video in a different format — uses one credit.
Do previews really cost nothing?
Yes. Generating versions, iterating, and refining are all free. You only spend credits when you download a finished export.
What if I'm not happy with an export?
Every export is a finished, ready-to-post file. If it's not right, regenerate and try again — that costs no credits. Only downloaded files count against your pack.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay in your account until you use them. Buy a Starter pack, take six months to finish it — the credits are still there.
